Disney Fairytale Weddings Tv Show Season 2
First look: Season 2 of Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings gets Disney+ premiere date
Hosts Stephen 'tWitch' Boss and Allison Holker tease the magical new season.
Once upon a time, in the happiest places on earth, real-life couples found their own happily ever afters — and fans across America streamed the romantic extravaganzas from beginning to end.
Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings
Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings, which documents weddings, engagements, honeymoons, and anniversaries hosted at different Disney destinations and coordinated by Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings and Honeymoons, is coming back sooner than you think. The second season of the enchanting series will premiere on Disney+ (its first season having aired on Freeform) on Valentine's Day, EW can exclusively reveal.

EW was on the set of the new season — meaning EW was in Disney's California Adventure after-hours, attending a magical wedding on Pixar Pier with a light show and surprise celebrity musical guest — and got behind-the-scenes secrets from hosts Stephen "tWitch" Boss and Allison Holker. "When it's quiet in here you get to really appreciate what's going on," tWitch says of the park once it's been closed to the public. "You can kind of feel Walt walking around with you."

After two seasons of fairy-dusted nuptials, the married co-hosts have become true connoisseurs of themed lands and expert Hidden Mickey hunters — but in all their time exploring the different Disney destinations, Holker has discovered a different hidden character. "Now, this is not [proven], but if you go to Pandora at Disney World, and you stand in a certain spot and you look at the rock formation of the floating mountains, I kid you not, you can see Groot," she insists. "I don't know if that was intentional, but I promise you, it's a hidden Groot in Pandora."
"You can't unsee it," tWitch confirms. "It's like a low-key Disney flex, like, 'yo, we also have Marvel, by the way.'"

Disney also has more than just its classic spots in Disneyland and Walt Disney World, and discovering some of its other destinations is part of how the new episodes up the ante from the breathtaking celebrations chronicled in the first season. "There's so much that Disney has to offer, so we really explored more of the world this year," says Holker. For example, "We got to be on top of a glacier this season," tWitch offers. "I don't know how many people have literally stood on a glacier. That's this season. That's just one thing!"
The Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons team also keeps outdoing themselves; the new season features an underwater proposal, a musical flash mob, that trip to a glacier, and a variety of surprise musical guests, among other Disney magic. "You have all these other dreams that have not been realized yet. And they're just as big and just as extravagant and just as special," says tWitch. "Disney was built on dreams anyway, so their fans have that same kind of DNA in them."
Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings
Among the duo's own dreams for a Disney bash? Holker says the best party venue across the various parks is the castle at Disneyworld, where one of this season's weddings made for "a pretty epic night" of music and fireworks. tWitch's party dream is slightly more high-concept: "I would love to throw a party in Toy Story land, and then every now and then, maybe like once on the hour, I would have an Andy's-coming drop," he says. "The DJ would have to stop the music and be like, 'Andy's coming!' and literally everybody would drop to the floor for about 30 seconds and be completely still. That would be so tight!"
