ABSTRACT

With the evolution of information engineering, the new generation of distance education "online education", which is adult with the support of multimedia computer technology and network technology, is attracting increasing attention around the world. This article summaries the status quo of online educational activity of X University that is the vanguard of Cathay'southward online education, and conducts a survey almost learning support service organization of online education which will be meaningful to farther optimization of online teaching in X University and provide references for online education of other universities.

The evolution of network applied science makes online education rapidly promoted and recognized in the country, and online didactics changes the traditional way of education to some caste. Online didactics is a means of education, a way of learning and an idea as well as a class of teaching organization, which overcomes the lack of traditional distance teaching with the cadre of broadcast television set technology, breaking the restrictions of time and space, and forms a "someday, anywhere, interactive" education method, so we can expect that online education is not only the effective way to achieve leap-forwards evolution of China's education, but also the main gene promoting a new round of Instruction Reform―the educational information around the word ( Chen, Huang, & Lu, 2010 ). At nowadays, China's online education achieves the quantum in corporeality and the qualitative spring, making remarkable achievements. Just it is like shooting fish in a barrel to discover that the online education in universities nevertheless have some problems in the construction of the schoolhouse system, education staff, management innovation, pedagogy quality monitoring, etc. Therefore, we take to fully grasp the learning situation of online educational activity, report learning support service system deeply, and continuously ameliorate the level of education direction of online education, improving the quality of personnel grooming in the online education. This investigation is carried out under such a background.

2. Meaning of Online Education

Online didactics is the form of teaching organisation using modernistic information network tool whose equal center network environment is easy to communicate across time and space, interactive and having the openness of sharing information, which can develop the personality of students, achieving the concept of thinking students every bit the center finally. Facing with the rapid rising of online education, the public and educators in Mainland china is lack of preparation in mind. And their reckoner skill level is not high, so using network is at a loss. Education and learning is the main link in personnel training and the key to determining the quality of the personnel preparation. Teaching management is the guarantee of the organization and system that implement the pedagogy and learning process and the observation point of the level of online education personnel training ( Chen & Chen, 2010 ). Therefore, grasping the current state of affairs of online education in university and finding the innovation nodes of educational activity management mechanism plays a positive role in promoting the rapid evolution of online instruction in our university.

4. Purpose and Method of Study

Based on the above agreement of the status of online teaching, this research devoted to learning the actual operation state of affairs of support service organization at the learning center after schoolhouse in online teaching higher of our academy, investigating and analyzing the evaluations and requirements of all kinds of learning back up service to network learners, and revealing the main problems existing in the learning support service now. Then it provides reference for the feasibility building high efficient academy network altitude education learning support service arrangement ( Wang & Ma, 2006 ).

The objects in this research are students of altitude pedagogy of online college in X University. And the survey is taken by random sampling method. Nosotros send 1500 questionnaires to teachers, students, civil servants, clerk, auditor, gratis occupation as well as each social stratum population. 5. Result and Analysis

Online instruction is a new form of educational activity, which transforms the most outstanding educational resources to the areas of lacking educational resource more often than not with modernistic methods, providing learning opportunities and conditions for more people ( Yan, Liu, Ren, Zhang, & Li, 2005 ). How to ensure the learning effect and teaching quality of distance learning students in the online education and assist students overcome all the difficulties and complete their education successfully is a problem that should non be ignored by university online education managers. In order to solve this trouble effectively, we must establish the learning support service organisation. As i of the nigh central aspects of online didactics teaching process, learning support service arrangement is an of import factor related to the success or failure of online education. For the students who are separated from teachers, learning support service arrangement is an important guarantee for the completion of their studies smoothly; for the online education itself, learning support service system is the platform to optimize educational activity resource and the bridge to altitude communication between teachers and student. After many years of development, online education learning support service arrangement in our academy has been continuously improved, but after the comprehensive survey, we find that at this phase, there are yet some following issues in online pedagogy learning back up service arrangement

five.i. Learning Resources Support Services

Online education learning resources are mainly composed of Web courseware, video courseware, textbooks, digital library, learning CD-ROM and other elements. In the discovery of investigation, there are some problems with varying degrees of this element. In the survey, 944 people raised that the operation guidance and answers to exercises need to bet improved, accounting for 63.4%; 266 people have put frontward improving the content and course of learning resources, bookkeeping for 17.nine%; in improver, at that place are 279 people making suggestions for improvement almost capacity on exercise, students splendid task, site navigation and other aspects, accounting for 18.7%. The master trouble of video courseware: 1) the video to explain the lesson is too little, the content update irksome and non synchronized with the class; 2) the video courseware have to watch online, download speed is dull; 3) the video courseware stock is too niggling and making is rough; four) the video courseware class is single, teaching methods of part of teachers is inflexible, and less attraction to students, which need further improvement; 5) the video courseware lack the function to solve the practical problems.

The chief problem of textbooks: ane) the press quality of function of textbook is depression and version is stale; 2) the teaching materials and courseware content is non consistent; three) the time that the instruction materials can be sent to students is late, and influence students' review of exam; 4) the utility is poor; 5) lack of various exercise and assay of classification.

The main problem of learning discs: 1) the quality of the do learning CD-ROM disc has problems, and the video broadcast is non smooth; ii) the video format is not universal, some students cannot play the CD; three) learning and teaching materials are not synchronized; 4) the number of the deejay form are few, the didactics content is not complete; five) the teaching level of the function of the teachers remains to be farther improved.

The problem of curriculum guidance, review and test guidance: one) class review counseling update tiresome, and the assay is too simple; 2) the review material resources is too little, unfocused, lacking exam simulation test and self-test examination; 3) the advice betwixt professional person form teachers and students is not enough; 4) the upload of the subjects of review outline and review simulation exam and other related data is not timely, affecting candidates preparing for the exam.

The problems of the organization and management: 1) the lack of contact betwixt the centers; ii) the relevant staff in the branch middle know too fiddling about the educational activity work; 3) the responsibleness of the learning center teachers is non stiff, the staff is not careful and patient, and their attitude is not correct.

The trouble of learning environment is that the professional field is narrow and the number of teaching points is relatively less.

Learning center and its counseling teachers demand to pay more attention to communication with students and the organization of education and activities, which tin can reinforce learning, increment communication opportunities, and be better to urge the students learning.

6. Conclusion

The famous scientist Xuesen Qian discussed about the futurity educational activity. He said that "the hereafter of education = human brain + computer + internet". This will be the online instruction ( Yang, 2014 ).

In order to solve the electric current problems in pedagogy, the following strategies were proposed: 1) To strengthen infrastructure construction, adjusting the structure of colleges and universities' online education resources; ii) To farther improve the quality management and quality assessment system; iii) To Realize educational resources to actively apply the university network diversification ( Zheng & Li, 2013 ).

We found that didactics management was the weakest link in our online education, which was the crux problem of affecting the reputation of the online pedagogy, and was likewise urgent to amend. Online pedagogy teaching management must exist based on network location and we should have a clear understanding of the law. We can summary the initial results and experiences comprehensively and objectively, and so generalize the online education law seriously with China's national conditions. And we likewise should accept the deep reflection of lessons and problems in the do. What'south more, we tin can take a thorough study on the related bug, analyze the causes, and explore the way to solve for our online education actively, hoping that we can make new and greater contributions for the career of our online education.
